4 potatoes, sliced or cubed
2/3 tub of Heidi Ho Chia Cheeze (cheddar)
1/4 c non-dairy milk
2T Smart Balance
3 cloves garlic, minced
2-3 slices Follow Your Heart Gouda
In a small saucepan, whisk together everything except the potatoes and Gouda slices till smooth. Let simmer a minute or two to bring out the garlic flavor.
Place poatotes in a casserole dish. Pour cheese sauce over poatoes and mix gently till they’re all covered. Place Gouda slices on top. Cover dish with foil and bake at 350 for 45 mins or until potatoes are soft.
